PLEASE NOTE: Effective December 1, 2007, the University Office of the
Registrar will schedule the following space formerly reserved by Nutrition
and Dietetics: Jefferson Alumni Hall (JAH): Rooms 139, Entire Cafeteria
Area, Eakins Portrait Gallery, Mezzanine/Balcony, 1st Floor Lobby and
Courtyard.
Requests for these spaces must be submitted in writing. In an effort to
ensure that your requests are processed effectively, you are encouraged to
refer to the Space Management/Room Reservation Protocol for more scheduling
information. The protocol may be found at:
