Outcomes Research Fellowships Applications
The following fellowships are currently recruiting for each Fellow to begin in July of 2013.
Ethicon/JSPH
Recruitment of Master's and PhD level candidates for this fellowship is conducted annually. Interested individuals should submit via e-mail his/her current curriculum vitae, a letter describing their career objectives, and contact information for three references to the following by January 31, 2013:

Recruitment of PharmD, Master's, and PhD level candidates for this fellowship is conducted annually. PharmD candidates are recruited at the ASHP Midyear Meeting in December 2012. For more information on the recruitment process at ASHP please contact Slaven Sikirica. Interested individuals should mail the application form, a letter of intent, their curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation (forwarded directly by the authors of these letters), and official academic transcript(s) (forwarded directly from the Registrar’s Office) to the following address by December 31, 2012:
