Orders paid by personal check will be shipped on check clearance. Orders paid by credit card are shipped when the charge is placed.

For shipping of DVD orders outside the contiguous United States, please submit your order without payment. We will determine the shipping cost by your preferred carrier and will provide you with this cost for inclusion in your final payment.
