Medical Student Education
The education of our medical students is an important part of the Acute Care Surgery Program. Students make rounds as part of the team both on the floors and as part of the SICU team. Students are encouraged to follow individual patients and scrub in the operating room. The students are encouraged to present their patients either at morning report or on SICU rounds.
