The Cardeza Special Hemostasis and Hematology Clinical Laboratory is operated in close cooperation with the Department of Pathology and the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. The laboratory provides state-of-the-art testing for a disorders of hemostasis and thrombosis, including testing for coagulation factors and inhibitors, anticoagulation factors, fibrinolytic assays, and complex platelet function testing. The laboratory has the capacity to support clinical and translational research at Jefferson.
