Campus Key Lookup & Forgot/Reset Password

Use the following forms to manage your Jefferson directory information:
Find Your Campus Key (Campus Key Lookup); Change Campus Key Password.

The Campus Key account is your login credential to access all Jefferson applications and IT services.

If you have forgotten your password and would like to create a new password, please start the automatic process by typing in your Campus Key and selecting 'submit'. The forms that follow will verify your identity. If you know your password and simply want to change it, please use the form under the title of Change Password.

Please review the accepted password standards in creating your new password. If you don't know your Campus Key, please use the Campus Key Lookup on this page.
