  • These rooms may be reserved only during certain times when the Academic Development Specialist (ADS) is in the office: Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • In order to reserve a room, a student must do two things:

  • Make the reservations in person with the ADS (Jennifer Fogerty).
    • Jennifer Fogerty is the only person who can take reservations.
    • Reservations MUST be made in person, not by mail, phone, fax or e-mail, because the person making the reservation is required to show his/her Jefferson College of Health Professions ID card.
    • Jennifer Fogerty can take reservations only when she is in her office on the 18th floor (see business hours posted at Room 1810-C).
    • Please bring a valid TJU Jefferson College of Health Professions student ID.
  • Groups of 4-8 people may reserve the conference room. Only 1-2 people at a time are allowed to use the distraction-free room.
