Student News Release Questionnaire and Consent Form

Students: If you would like an announcement of your graduation to appear in your local newspaper, please complete the questionnaire and consent form provided to you at Senior Salute by May 15 and return it to suite 712, Edison. This form provides information and permission for the Public Relations Office to send out news about your graduation to your local paper. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to tell your community about your accomplishments with.
