New Half-time Option for MS in Radiologic and Imaging Sciences
Students can elect to complete the program in two calendar years
Starting this fall, students in the Master of Science in Radiologic and Imaging Sciences program, have a half-time option.
Part-time students will spend half of one weekend a month on Jefferson’s campus for 24 consecutive months. Classes are held the first weekend each month. In the first year, students will take the core courses and attend class on Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. In the second year students will take their specialty track courses, and attend class on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon.
Students should note that one-on-one meetings with advisors will be held on four out of the 12 Sundays. On these days, Sunday sessions will end at 4 p.m. rather than 1 p.m. These extra hours will be arranged mutually by the faculty and students to work on thesis projects on a one-on-one basis.
