Christina Truluck joined the Thomas Jefferson University
faculty in 2003 as an Assistant Professor, teaching courses including Nuclear
Medicine Procedures, Radiation Protection, Chemistry and Radiopharmaceuticals.
She serves as Program Director and Clinical Coordinator for the Nuclear
Medicine Program.
Chris completed her B.S. (1981) and Ph.D. (1990) in Plant Science at
the University of Wales, UK, and relocated to the USA in 1988, where she
was awarded an AAS in Nuclear Medicine Technology (1992) from Gloucester
County College, NJ.
Chris has been working as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
for ten years at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, most recently as
Assistant Chief Technologist. She joined the adjunct faculty of the Department
of Radiologic Sciences in 2000, as a part-time Instructor and Clinical
Supervisor, and currently shares her time between University and Hospital
activities.
Chris is an active member of local and national radiologic and nuclear
medicine societies, including the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM) and
Delaware Valley Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists (DVSNMT).
