Program options for high school and college transfer students

Bioscience Technologies

• PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Bioscience Technologies. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a BS in two years.
  
• 2+2 BS – Complete two years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS in two years at Jefferson. Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical laboratory sciences.
• 3+1 BS – Complete three years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS in one year at Jefferson.  Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical laboratory sciences.
• 3+2 entry-level MS – Complete three years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS and an MS in two years at Jefferson. Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical laboratory sciences.

Occupational Therapy

• PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Occupational Therapy. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a BS and an MS in three years.
• Combined BS/MSOT Program (2+3 Program) - Complete two years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS and an MS in three years at Jefferson.
• 3+2 BS and MS – Complete three years of specific prerequisite coursework at a partner school — Immaculata University, Juniata College, Muhlenberg College, Penn State-Abington, Saint Joseph’s University, University of Delaware or Villanova University. Then earn your BS from your original school and an MS in two years at Jefferson.

Physical Therapy

• 3+3 DPT – Complete three years of required coursework at a partner school — Elizabethtown College, Immaculata University, Juniata College, Muhlenberg College, Penn State-Abington, Saint Joseph’s University or Villanova University. Then earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in three years at Jefferson.

Radiologic Sciences

• PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Radiologic Sciences. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a BS in two years.
• 3+1 BS – Complete three years of required coursework at Immaculata University; then earn a BS in one year at Jefferson.
• Multicompetency Program – Complete 50 prerequisite credits, then earn a BS in two years at Jefferson. Focus on two imaging modalities or one modality and a non-imaging option.
• Advanced Placement Program – Students with a baccalaureate degree or allied health certification and 50 prerequisite credits can earn a BS in one year. Focus on one imaging modality for 12 months.
• Combined BS/MS – Make a seamless transition into the MS program from either the Multicompetency or Advanced Placement program.

Nursing

• PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Nursing. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a Prelicensure BSN in two years.
• BSN – Complete 59 specific prerequisite credits; then earn a Prelicensure BSN in two years at Jefferson.
