Barringer, Orlowitz & Martin 2012– 2013
Barringer Residence* Barringer Residence Hall housing fees are charged monthly and due on the 1st of each month. Residents will not receive a bill, but please be diligent in paying on time as late fees will begin to accrue on the 10th of each month. Checks made payable to Philadelphia Management Company can be dropped off in the rent drop box located at the Orlowitz front desk. Checks should include your tenant code number (which will be provided in each on campus mailbox after arrival).

Martin Residence*: The academic year is divided into four terms. All housing fees are due at the beggining of each term and payments are posted on Banner web.

*Martin Residence Hall units are furnished community style units.
The basic Martin contract is 9 months long and encompasses the Fall and Spring Terms (i.e. for this upcoming year it will be 9/01/12- 5/31/13). Residents can opt to add on the Summer and/or Pre-Fall Terms, creating 10 or 12 month contracts.
