Jefferson Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences
The Jefferson Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (JGSBS) offers graduate level programs in the biomedical sciences. There are eight programs leading to the PhD degree in the biomedical sciences. There are four MS Basic Science programs. Additionally, JGSBS, in conjunction with the Jefferson Medical College (JMC), offers a combined MD/PhD program.
More specifically the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is composed of the following degree programs:
Doctor of Philosophy Programs, including Biochemistry & Molecular Biology; Genetics; Immunology & Microbial Pathogenesis; Joint PhD Programs; Cell and Developmental Biology; Molecular Pharmacology & Structural Biology; Molecular Physiology and Biophysics; Neuroscience; and Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine
Master of Science Programs in the Basic Sciences, including Biomedical Sciences; Cell & Developmental Biology; Microbiology; and Pharmacology
